Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at RIPCLAW. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic UK and Intl. USA Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Whilst we aim to deliver on weekends, we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays. No items are delivered on public holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout. This can vary from country to country.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Customs clearance and payment must be covered by the customer upon receipt of goods. 

Our couriers may vary from time to time but can include: DHL, DPD, USPS, FEDEX, and UPS. Please see the information provided on each carrier's website for any further details on shipping and handling policies. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days of which carrier shall be shipping your item(s)

Shipment to P.O. boxes

RIPCLAW ships primarily to addresses within the United Kingdom and USA. We do not ship to P.O Boxes in the UK or USA


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

RIPCLAW.GG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

RIPCLAW is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we shall do our best to uphold a strong level of support to each order that is reported damaged or lost. 

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We encourage that photos and/or videos are taken on receipt of damaged goods BEFORE they are opened and received at your door. 

International Shipping Policy

For all goods shipped outside of our distribution centers in the UK and USA, we will do our upmost to ensure customer support is provided for any damages during transit. However, it is at the consumers risk during transit for items shipped to any country. Any damages upon receipt must be taken up with the carrier service at the time. Whilst we endeavour to package products well and ensure the upmost care is taken, sometimes damage may occur from time to time. However, we do attempt to include the maximum insurance and tracking available, according to the method of shipping and insurance you have chosen during checkout. 

This does not affect your standard warranty coverage. However, a case must be raised with our support team. Please contact support@ripclaw.gg, where one of our members can help you.
